A Fireside Chat

We start this week with some talk about how I haven't been feeling quite like myself lately. I talk about the concept of faith and praying and share some stories about my struggles with both of them.

Then I discuss some television shows I've been watching including an update on my feelings about Ted Lasso since I've begun watching it.

Then some feedback from listeners about feeling isolated, an update on last weeks laundry room picnic and a Dead Said Truth about setting boundaries with those closest to us.

Homework assignment: Next week is all Would you rather questions and F, Marry, Kills.  Get yours in or give me a Dead Said Truth for two weeks from now!  This show is made by the content that the listeners provide! Let your voice be heard! No topic is off limits!

You can be part of the show by clicking on the link pinned to the top of the shows social media pages. COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL AND ANONYMOUS. Leave questions, feedback, rants, ANYTHING YOU LIKE!

This week is a bit of a heavier conversation than usual but I think it's well worth your time. I'm pretty proud of this episode and it's because of the amazing listeners who help shape this program.

A big thank you to everyone who listens and especially those who took time to contribute to the show. This show is nothing without you guys.

If you could erase one memory from your mind, what would it be and why?

This is the question listeners and myself answer this week and the topics get pretty deep.

Plus some more ASMR feedback from last week, and the return of everyone's favorite grandmother...GLADYS to terrorize me and ruin my day with her overbearing kindness.

Homework assignment for next week:  Think of the person you get along with the most in the world that's not related to you. What would be a dealbreaker for you to not get along with them anymore.

You can leave questions, feedback, topics, Dead Said Truths, or ANYTHING YOU LIKE by clicking on the link pinned to the top of the shows social media pages. It's completely anonymous and confidential. LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD. NO TOPIC IS OFF LIMITS. YOU GUYS MAKE THE SHOW. SPEAK YOUR TRUTH!!

Thanks for listening!

Now that I'm back from vacation and in the real world, we return to the shows regular format this week.

We go over some feedback from the past few episodes, I discuss my relationship with spirituality and tell you a story about seagulls that will probably change the way you look at them.

Our Dead Said Truth this week has to do with ASMR and raises some interesting questions for the women in the listening audience.

All this and much much more.

Homework assignment for next week: If you could erase one memory from your mind, what would it be and why?

You can leave your answer to this as well as questions, feedback, topics, Dead Said Truths, or whatever your heart desires by clicking on the link pinned to the top of the shows social media pages. COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS AND CONFIDENTIAL. YOU HELP TO CREATE THE CONTENT FOR THE SHOW SO LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!

Thanks for listening!

Didn't get a vacation this year?

Be part of mine then! Join me and my friends on the balcony live from Ocean City Md as we discuss our favorite and least favorite songs, what makes us cry and we give audio commentary on our fellow humans on vacation.

All this and much much more.

In fact, far too much to recap in this space. Grab a drink and a comfy chair and enjoy the diary of our Ocean City Vacation.

There is no real flow to this episode, much like our vacation, it's all over the map.

Homework for next week: What are your thoughts on AMSR. LIke it? Hate it? Any experiences with it?

Homework for two weeks: If you could erase one memory from your mind. What would it be and why?

You can leave answers to these questions along with feedback, Dead Said Truths, questions, topics or anything you want by clicking on the link pinned to the top of the shows social media pages. TOTALLY CONFIDENTIAL AND ANONYMOUS.

Big thanks to Paul McGinty from McSoss and Brian Szczypinski for joining me on this episode.

Thanks for listening!
